Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide where carrier services are available.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier.
Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
